Psychologist Mihaly Csíkszentmihályi coined the term “flow” which refers to a state of complete absorption with the activity at hand or the situation. Athletes refer to it as “being in the zone”. It’s a feeling that we have all had but that for many is too fleeting. When are you in a state of Flow? How do you get there? What is your optimal Flow experience?
