Drugs, Sex, Violence— Will Your Children Talk to You?

We’d like to believe it.  We’d like to think our kids will come to us when they are in over their heads. But very often they don’t.  Why should we really care? A recent case of a 12 year old boy in Alabama who comitted suicide because he was being bullied.  His parents would have given anything for their son to come talk to them…. Over done?  Their your children… Think about it….

America needs to get its butt and get on the move….

Ok- how many times and how many ways to do we need to hear it?  As a nation we are fat, sedentary, and dying of illnesses that are in many cases the direct the result of our lifestyles.. We simply don’t need to have yet another study demonstrating that exercise is good for us.  We simply need to get off of our rears and exercise!!   September 20-27th is America on the Move week..
